About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift – Nights) to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory. Schedule
- Onsite 4 days per week: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Flexible start time between 1 PM and 6 PM until completion of shift
- Approximately 45–55 hours per week
- Schedule subject to change based on business needs
Pay
$68,000–$71,000 base salary (depending on experience), plus bonus potential based on KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products for the assigned production shift
- Manage a team of warehouse associates: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure they understand their roles and perform duties effectively
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete order pulling for all orders during the shift
- Verify all orders are loaded in proper stop sequence on assigned trucks and trailers; complete all necessary paperwork
- Ensure all products received during the shift are stocked properly and first-in/first-out warehouse procedures are followed for stock rotation
- Demonstrate a strong service-quality ethic and ensure associates understand their roles in meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager
- Utilize the company’s warehouse management system and other technologies to maximize productivity
- Analyze warehouse productivity levels and recommend improvements
- Handle building security, including locking the warehouse and setting alarms after shift
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with material-handling and company health and safety programs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience
- 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team of 15–20 associates
Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and material-handling equipment
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
