Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor provides leadership and direction for warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling of inbound and outbound materials. This role supervises daily activities including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping of products. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with OSHA and GMP standards, and effective coordination with Production and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct daily warehouse activities to ensure timely shipping, receiving, and material staging.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff.
  • Oversee employee scheduling and time management to ensure optimal staffing levels that support smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and company safety policies.
  • Conduct safety audits, enforce PPE usage, and lead corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve logistics performance.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as required to meet evolving business needs and leadership directives.

Education & Experience

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations is required.
  • Three (3) or more years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel, is required.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and forklift operations is required.

  • Knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory management, and shipping/receiving.
  • Ability to enforce safety and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments and demonstrates resilience in navigating ambiguity.
