Warehouse Supervisor - Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Job Responsibilities

• Captures and assigns tasks to ensure efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• Maintains inventory levels and inspects incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and assists in ordering from site vendors.
• Develops and recommends improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
• Trains warehouse employees and assists with their selection.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving supervisor role.
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to variable work demands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• May require uniforms and PPE.

Pay

The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
