Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Supervise the day-to-day warehouse / storeroom operations and manage the warehouse and ensure effective implementation of processes to control inventory.

Responsibilities

• Implement initiatives to ensure high levels of warehouse, retail site, and delivery services, including handling scheduled and emergency/emergent customer requests to support Constellation's reliability and customer satisfaction goals.
• Directly supervise warehouse storeroom employees.
• Supervise the pole delivery process, including daily monitoring and stocking of pole bunkers, safe delivery to job sites, and returning poles to inventory as needed.
• Supervise warehouse management processes, including material pick, issue, staging, and return, transportation to retail sites.
• Manage open and working stock, cycle counts, in-storage maintenance, and shelf life management.
• Support balancing cost control with client needs to meet service, cost, and asset management requirements.
• Support client-focused interfaces with customers to align inventory management processes with work planning and CM material needs.
• Support business unit emergency response activities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Program and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the degree. Experience with inventory management software systems such as Passport, Asset Suite 9, Coupa, or similar platforms.
