About the Role
NFM’s Warehouse Supervisor II will coordinate with staff to accomplish ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, displaying, and shipping. This person will also be responsible for supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in the warehouse and/or sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Monitor workload priorities and direct movement of all products to meet customer needs
- Coach, train, hire, and support staff; provide regular feedback and recognition; hold staff accountable for fulfilling their key responsibilities and goals satisfactorily
- Develop agendas and conduct monthly staff meetings
- Control expenses and turnover while meeting goals
- Apply attendance policy to scheduled training events as it is to regular work schedules
- Ensure machines and equipment are properly utilized and immediately correct inappropriate operating behaviors
- Perform duties of supervised staff to assist in meeting deadlines or to fill in when short-staffed

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record preferred
- PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access preferred
- Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a criminal background check
Pay
$53,635 - $66,507 annually
