Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production goals, KPI management, and other projects as needed to meet customer commitments
  • Provide (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) reports if applicable to direct manager
  • Update and draft training material pertaining to production areas assigned to
  • Ensure all employees adhere to EE policies such as attendance, conduct, TORs, etc
  • Plan daily workload for employees based on KPI and production plans
  • Manage employee adherence to job function process
  • Regular employee performance review, promotions, and demotions
  • Adequately adhere to 5S Policy and Safety Procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Able to maintain 100% quality to customer
  • Adequately adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Requirements

  • Excellent inventory management
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Attendance record
  • Able to maintain 100% quality to customer
  • Able to adhere to all site security requirements
  • Able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
  • Able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Able to proficiently read, write, speak and understand the English Language
  • Able to stand in one place for long periods of time
  • Able to be flexible to work in other departments even on a permanent basis
  • Able to adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience in production/warehousing operations

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of warehouse and production processes
