About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of warehouse procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products for the assigned production shift.
- Manage warehouse associates: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure clarity of roles and effective performance.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete order pulling during the shift.
- Oversee proper loading of orders in stop sequence on assigned trucks and trailers, and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Ensure all received product is stocked properly and first-in/first-out procedures are followed for stock rotation.
- Demonstrate a strong service quality ethic and ensure associates understand their roles in meeting customer expectations.
- Coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
- Utilize the Company’s warehouse management system and other technologies to maximize productivity.
- Analyze warehouse productivity levels and recommend improvements.
- Handle building security, including locking the warehouse and setting alarms after shift, if needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with material handling and company health and safety policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of warehouse operations experience.
- 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and material handling equipment.
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Pay
$55,000 – $60,000 per year plus bonus potential.
Schedule
Sunday – Thursday, 4:00 AM to finish.
