Warehouse Supervisor Days

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor at Performance Food Group is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper handling techniques and safety measures.
• Resolve discrepancies and complaints from customers or suppliers.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience withklipper systems preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
