About the Role
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations, including inbound, outbound, product slotting, and customer communication activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage labor, space utilization, equipment, and staffing
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Plan daily work schedules
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
- Implement cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and client KPIs
- Hold regular team meetings
- Support physical operations as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years in logistics/distribution
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Forklift certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, RF scanners, and WMS
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to change
- Ability to operate in varying warehouse temperatures
Pay
$68,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and skills.
