About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including human resources support across multiple functional areas such as employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management while helping foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within a Lean Manufacturing Environment
  • Supervise warehouse personnel
  • Proactive problem resolution and customer interface
  • Ensure accurate SOPs for receiving, shipping, packing, stocking, picking, issuance, cycle counts, warehouses, RO, and associated documentation as required per FAA & AS9110 standards
  • Establish and maintain customer inventory and controls
  • Maintain inventory accuracy of >98%
  • Coordinate with all other areas of the business to ensure proper support from the warehouse and logistics teams
  • Ensure all items are packed, shipped, and delivered on time and without defects
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to optimize incoming and outgoing logistics and costs
  • Develop and sustain KPIs to drive performance in all warehouse processes
  • Maintain compliance with FAA, ISO, EASA, and SOX regulations
  • Maintain MSC cabinet
  • Oversee and maintain shelf-life program for all stock items
  • Oversee and comply with cycle count program
  • Receiving and stocking parts into inventory from vendors
  • Monitors shop supply levels and stock levels and notifies purchasing for reordering as needed
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working team at all times
  • Use standard office equipment such as copier, printer, calculator, phone, and computer
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Lift up to 40+ pounds
  • Ensure team maintains Forklift License Requirements
  • Comprehend and comply with FAA requirements and procedures around receiving, housing, rotating, protecting, segregating, and distributing airworthy and non-airworthy parts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive situations and employee data with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Maintain Parts Receiving Certification
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly area
  • Management of custom software (Quantum) and others as upgraded
  • Experience with MS Office Applications (or other computer software that may be necessary)
  • Experience with packaging, shrink wrapping, shipping computers, and hoist
  • Sharp attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills to independently navigate frontline employee relations and operational challenges

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED minimum
  • Recommended two or more years of experience with warehouse operations
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Patience and tolerance for interruptions and reprioritization
  • Position requires fulfillment of all physical and written tasks related to Parts Receiving and distribution
  • Demonstrated people and leadership skills
