Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our feed store warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a commitment to supporting our agricultural community by managing feed and supply distribution effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth inventory flow
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Manage feed and agricultural supply distribution
• Train, motivate, and lead a warehouse team
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interact with employees, customers, and management

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledge of feed products, agricultural supplies, or related inventory (strongly preferred)
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Physical capability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred)
• Rotating Saturday availability required
