Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our feed store warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a commitment to supporting our agricultural community by managing feed and supply distribution effectively. Experience in warehouse operations..Knowledge of feed products, agricultural supplies, or related inventory strongly preferred.Proven leadership skills with experience in training, motivating, and managing a team.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Physical capability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and management. This position does include the need for some rotating Saturday availability.
