Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, staff management, and safety compliance. Key Duties: Directs workflow, trains and monitors associates, manages receiving, shipping, returns, order filling, and controlled substance records. Ensures safety guidelines and policies are followed. Oversees inventory accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery of goods, including interaction with customers to resolve issues. Maintains detailed records of shipments and inventory, monitors performance, attendance, and overtime of associates, and performs related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least two years of related, responsible work. Must have strong leadership, communication, decision-making, analytical, organizational, and computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Ability to operate RF devices and reach trucks is preferred. Flexibility to work extended hours and participate in physical inventories is required.
