Warehouse Supervisor

Sodexo InReach is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing operations in Santa Clara, CA, including receiving, stocking, and production, while ensuring security and safety policies are followed.

Step into a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive daily warehouse operations while supporting a high-functioning team focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll oversee inventory flow, staffing, vendor coordination, and budget management, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources, including performance evaluations, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions. Results are achieved through the work of others, relying on influence and negotiation within the organization. Progression reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business knowledge, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations impacting production flow, customer satisfaction, and team performance
• Oversee inventory management, space utilization, and logistics coordination
• Mentor team members and enforce safety and operational standards
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to streamline communication and reduce disruptions
• Optimize budget efficiency and cost control measures
• Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain compliance with HACCP standards and a safe work environment

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of related experience
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with HACCP standards and safety compliance
• Ability to operate industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Resilience under pressure with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Pay

Pay range: $67,405 – $87,230 per year.
