Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 10–15 associates supporting middle-mile e-commerce operations.
- Unload inbound trailers, scan and sort packages, organize freight for outbound pickup, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with contract requirements, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Lead daily floor operations, foster a strong safety-first culture, and actively train, coach, and mentor team members to drive performance and consistency.
- Staging packages for contracted delivery drivers using personal vehicles to transport goods directly to end customers.
- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations under the responsibility of the Manager, providing recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes.
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), meeting regularly with team members to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize team and individual successes.
- Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by seeking opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, and adhere to company rules and policies.
- Provide appropriate orientation for employees and lead hands, giving them the information, technology, and any materials necessary to perform their jobs.
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Pay
$65,000 to $67,000 Annual Salary, paid Twice Per Month.
Schedule
Sunday through Wednesday from 1:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
