Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate work activities of a team of warehouse workers.
- Identify and resolve loading, delivery, and scheduling problems.
- Organize, plan, and implement warehouse solutions.
- Carry out the Company's organizational values and operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
- Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising, rewarding, developing, and succession planning.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Schedule and direct the work activity for a group of warehouse workers.
- Organize, plan, and implement warehouse solutions for assigned customers that utilize the best cost option to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve loading, delivery, and scheduling problems through timely communication with customers, warehouse employees, vendors, and other Ruan locations.
