Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing warehouse operations, staff management, and compliance. Responsibilities: Directs workflow, trains and monitors associates, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, manages receiving, shipping, returns, order filling, and controlled substances documentation. Supervises receipt, verification, and shipment of products, maintaining accurate records.Ensures quality packing and timely delivery, resolving delivery or order issues.Tracks attendance, manages performance, and oversees overtime and physical inventories.Supports continuous process improvement and safety adherence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum two years of related, progressively responsible warehouse experience. Effective communication, decision-making, analytical, and leadership skills.Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, DEA regulations, and basic computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Physical ability to operate equipment like reach trucks and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends if needed.
