Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor opportunity is available in Hazelwood, MO at Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations
• Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain
• Develop productive associates through training and coaching
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry
• A working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and engagement skills
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6:00am to finish.
