Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule

6:30 AM–4:00 PM, 45 hours per week (Monday through Friday). Half-day Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 delivery drivers.
• Create AM/PM daily Delivery Manifests.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery and pick-up of orders.
• Enforce all EES policies and procedures for delivery drivers.
• Maintain constant safety awareness in this safety-sensitive role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience supervising delivery drivers.
• Minimum 1 year in the electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good computer and telephone skills with proper telephone etiquette.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Bend, climb, push, pull, and maneuver in tight or elevated spaces.
• Lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs; occasionally exceed 70 lbs.

Screening

Pre-employment DOT physical with drug test required. Test screens for amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamines, opiates, oxycodone, and phencyclidines using HHS/SAMHSA cutoff levels.
