Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to maintain stock availability.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper handling techniques and safety procedures.
• Resolve discrepancies and complaints from customers regarding product quality and delivery times.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and conduct regular inspections of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience withklipschorsystems preferred.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies.

$65,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule
