Warehouse Supervisor

Headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, we have over 2,000 associates and distribute our comprehensive range of structural and specialty products to approximately 15k national, regional, and local dealers, as well as specialty distributors, national home centers, industrial, and manufactured housing customers.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality control, and maintain top-notch safety standards. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader who excels at optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and fostering a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations

Requirements

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!)
