About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees safe warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, quality, and delivery of product and services. They are responsible for meeting production schedules, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving desired financial performance. The role also involves developing direct reports through appropriate training and challenging assignments.
Responsibilities
- Safety: Promote a culture of zero safety incidents, conduct safety gembas, and drive safety improvements.
- People: Manage team deployment, train staff to job standards, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and develop action plans.
- Operational: Coordinate warehouse activities to meet production schedules, ensure smooth shift handovers, and manage cycle and change-over times.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, conduct routine material checks, line clearance checks, and spot checks, and manage compliance issues.
- Performance: Manage cycle and change-over times, identify and implement process improvements, and develop direct reports.
- Development: Secure appropriate training, assign challenging tasks, and arrange opportunities for growth.
- OpEx: Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering preferred.
- Two years of manufacturing or related experience required, supervisor experience preferred.
- Manufacturing/device experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other manufacturing systems.
- Familiarity with safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.
- Experience working in an aseptic production environment desirable.
Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with relevant systems and regulatory compliance.

Pay
$75,000 - $142,500 USD
