Warehouse Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving activities.
• Manage warehouse operations in compliance with C-TPAT, 5S plus 1, and environmental initiatives.
• Ensure preparation of warehouse building and equipment maintenance schedules and completion of upkeep or repairs.
• Manage inventory, including storage and labeling.
• Perform and supervise inventory audits, cycle counts, and coordinate annual physical inventory.
• Initiate corrective action for process lapses or ineffective procedure maintenance.
• Cookware, receive, and dispatch logistics activities, including imports and exports.
• Staff, train, coach, and manage employees for assigned team, including scheduling work assignments, time off, and conducting training.
• Support Lean Manufacturing.
• Coordinate other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management or Logistics preferred.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• MS Office and ERP systems experience.
• Ability to develop and coach diverse teams.
• 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in shipping, receiving, and stockroom environments.
• Experience in setting up high-volume production lines.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.
• Proven track record of providing leadership to achieve production targets.
