Warehouse Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inbound Purchase Orders from Suppliers and all aspects of outbound loads to the Distribution Centers and Customers.
- Ensure that the daily work schedule is completed according to business productivity requirements and guidelines as provided by the site Manager.
- Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Finished Goods and Raw Materials inventory reporting and systems controls.
- Conduct daily blind cycle counts and inventory analysis to solve discrepancies and validate system data integrity for Raw, Packaging and Finished Goods.
- Assist in a blind full cycle count of inventory quarterly as required by LOL for Raw, Packaging and Finished Goods.
- Execute inventory control procedures, coordinating with internal customers daily on physical cycle count results.
- Enforce all company rules and regulations.
- Manage customer service and internal customers’ requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure all required safety training is completed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree OR 6+ years of leadership experience in a Warehouse/Logistics role supporting a Food/Dairy Manufacturing setting.
- 2+ years supervisory experience in a Warehouse/Logistics role supporting a Food/Dairy Manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of E1 system is helpful to oversee and maintain the work orders process, and to support Leads.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to safely operate all Warehouse equipment (Stand-up, sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack, RF Scanners, etc.)
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Weekends and off-shift as production requires).
Pay
Salary Range: $70,800 – $106,200. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
