Warehouse Receiver - Night Shift

Position Overview Ensure accurate receipt of merchandise, verifying correct quantities, condition, and documentation to support warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Inspect and compare incoming shipments with records, recording counts and pallet details.Enter shipment data into computer systems, tracking weight, damages, and discrepancies.Assist with inventory accuracy through cycle counting and resolve shortages, overages, or damages.Monitor warehouse management system for open invoices and support smooth flow from receiving to shipping.Label pallets, verify inbound freight against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.Arrange items and slots for optimal efficiency, recognize inventory hazards, and operate warehouse technology.Audit product rotation, verify pest activity, and perform routine inventory tasks per SOP guidelines. Qualifications & Skills At least six months warehouse experience; electric pallet jack experience preferred.Strong planning, teamwork, communication, and safety adherence skills.
