Warehouse Receiver/Checker - Night Shift

Position Overview Keep our communities fed by ensuring accurate receipt of merchandise in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Verify incoming shipments against records, recording counts, pallet types, and discrepancies.Accurately input shipment data into the system, noting damages, weights, and charges.Assist with inventory accuracy through cycle counting and resolve issues like shortages or overages.Monitor warehouse management system for open invoices and support smooth receiving and shipping processes.Label pallets, verify inbound freight accuracy, and report damages or shortages.Set up storage areas for efficiency, operate warehouse technology such as RF guns, and audit product rotation.Identify and record pest activity and perform routine tasks as per SOPs. Qualifications & Skills At least six months of warehouse experience, with experience operating electric pallet jacks preferred.Strong planning, teamwork, and communication skills.Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.Willingness to work in a dry grocery environment with temperature variations.
