Warehouse Quality Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Use a pneumatic nail gun, powered saw, and other powered/hand tools to repair or assemble pallets.
• Stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours) and lift up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Work with various construction, building, carpentry, manufacturing, and warehouse equipment.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, report losses, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality-reporting measures and report findings to management.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with customer, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years or more of experience in manufacturing or fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to operate and self-drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Skills in math, personal computers, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

Pay

• $18.00 per hour during training.
