Responsibilities
- Use a pneumatic nail gun, powered saw, and other powered/hand tools to repair or assemble pallets.
- Stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours) and lift up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
- Work with various construction, building, carpentry, manufacturing, and warehouse equipment.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, report losses, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality-reporting measures and report findings to management.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with customer, state, and federal guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years or more of experience in manufacturing or fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to operate and self-drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
- Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Skills in math, personal computers, and spreadsheets.
Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years or more of experience in manufacturing or fast-paced warehouse environments.
