Warehouse Process Owner

About the role

Oversee all daily warehouse functions, including international and domestic shipping and receiving, stock room and finished goods inventory control, inventory record accuracy, warehouse data entry, product labeling, employee training, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise warehouse, distribution, and stock room employees
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control processes workflow
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with parcel and LTL freight carriers
• Ensure employees are cross-trained and capable of supporting multiple warehouse functions
• Ensure domestic and international orders are shipped accurately and on time
• Manage KPIs (inventory accuracy, OTIF, productivity, dock-to-ship metrics)
• Drive process improvement and Lean continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Transportation, Inventory Control, and Quality teams
• Establish and maintain effective inventory record accuracy controls
• Analyze carrier selection, rate incentives, and service for international and domestic shipments

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience within a warehouse environment
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach for 8 hours at a time
• Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Softeon) and inventory management systems, including RF gun
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation (SLI, BOL, commercial invoices, export compliance)
• Knowledge of supply chain management, distribution methods, and global transportation services

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent

Schedule

Guaranteed 40 hours of work each week with a consistent schedule in a climate-controlled facility.
