Warehouse Person I

About the role
The Warehouse Person I plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by assisting the Supervisor and departmental personnel. This position ensures the smooth flow of materials and tools through accurate shipping, receiving, stocking, and spot counting. By maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, the Warehouse Person I helps keep warehouse operations efficient and ensures personnel have the tools and materials they need to perform their jobs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily warehouse operations.
- Support shipping, receiving, stocking, and spot counting of materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license; must be able to obtain an ADOT medical health card within 30 days of employment.
- Forklift operator certification must be obtained within the 6-month probationary period.
- Previous experience within an electric utility is preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and work irregular and/or overtime hours as needed.
Pay
Hourly wage: $24.58–$25.88. Any hours worked beyond the standard schedule will be compensated at 1.75 times the regular hourly rate.
