Warehouse Operations Supervisor- ITAD
About the role
Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor – ITAD to lead daily warehouse operations while driving safety, productivity, quality, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll support the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming technology assets for refurbishment, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, material handling, and the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming assets for refurbishment.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
- Plan and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow, warehouse capacity, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain compliance with warehouse safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, space utilization, labor efficiency, operational performance, and refurbishment workflows.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues while serving as the primary escalation point for warehouse associates.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, diagnostic throughput, and shipping performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure warehouse equipment, facilities, testing stations, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, supply chain, or IT asset disposition (ITAD) experience, including at least 3 years in warehouse operations and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience leading warehouse teams in high-volume, fast-paced distribution, fulfillment, refurbishment, or reverse logistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, material flow processes, and quality standards.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate frontline employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple operational demands.
- Experience driving process improvements that increase productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to make sound decisions, resolve operational challenges, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,700.00 - $116,300.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.

Schedule
This is a salaried position, but flexibility to work beyond these hours may be required as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and support business demands.
