About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, nutrition, and personal care.
• Facilitate social interactions and community integration opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
• Participate in regular training and professional development activities.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and best practices in support services.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule
