Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Pallet/Case Picking
- Process customer orders: scan bar codes, pick, and label boxes
- Pick, pack, and process orders using RF technology
- Maintain work area per SOP and work instructions
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP
- Complete RF device training to obtain necessary profiles
- Verify accuracy and package shipments
- Pallet Build
- Scan, retrieve, and place completed orders on pallets
- Re-palletize products for shipment
- Perform dock manifest duties: scan pallets and operate shrink wrapper
- Transport pallets using Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Verify accuracy and package shipments
- Inbound/Outbound/Inventory Movement
- Load/unload shipments using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure safe handling to prevent damages
- Complete assigned duties per department standards and procedures
- Operate parcel manifest station and handle transportation documentation
- Maintain work area per SOP and work instructions
- Complete RF device training to obtain necessary profiles
- Follow GDP and safety instructions to prevent injuries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Material Handling Equipment
- Operate MHE safely and report damage/maintenance issues immediately
- Keep equipment neat and orderly per established procedures
- Maintain equipment certification at all times
- Safety and Security
- Perform job activities safely and follow safety requirements
- Maintain warehouse security and promote a safe environment
- Report injuries, accidents, unsafe acts, hazards, or conditions immediately
- Report suspicious persons or activity

- Understand organizational quality goals
- Maintain cleanliness and professional image of the facility
- Follow sanitation and housekeeping guidelines
- Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly at all times
- Hazmat Training
- Complete Hazmat training: general awareness, function-specific, security awareness, security plan, and safety training
- Cross-training
- Learn responsibilities of other warehouse positions
- Assist as required and act as backup during absences or vacations
- Maintain current status in C2C training modules
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including:
- Order Pickers
- Reach Trucks
- Counter Balance (slip and clamp)
- Dock Stocker
- Ability to obtain Forklift Certification per BD guidelines
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
- Ability to work well with others and under minimal supervision
- Ability to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner
- Ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- General distribution knowledge
- Exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation
