Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Lead and manage warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to support operational demands.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process compliance.
- Cookordinate with transportation, customer service, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, SLA performance, and labor efficiency.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA compliance standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Assist Warehouse Manager with workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and team management.
- Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
- Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Pay Rate: From $80,000 per year
