Warehouse Operation Assistant (Bilingual in Mandarin)

Responsibilities
- Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database in our system.
- Covers coordination and scheduling of product movements within the warehouse.
- Controls the daily flow of finished products by adjusting storage space assignments.
- Verifies item availability for shipment by checking inventory records or conducting required item inventories.
- Handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished products manually as necessary.
- Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations is preferred, but not required.
- Must be proficient in both speaking and writing in Chinese.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type
Full-time, Monday to Friday, Weekend as needed
Pay
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
