Responsibilities
- Operate in a safe, high-paced, fluid environment
- Safely optimize people and technology while ensuring quality in everything we do
- Daily oversight of operations of warehouse employees and ensure compliance with all company policies
- Supervise day-to-day operations, monitor workflows, accuracy, and productivity using ERP/WMS system and devices
- Ensure minimal product damages
- Communicate with related internal departments and external vendors/carriers
- Control and manage product inventory
- Maintain equipment in good shape and monitor machine operation
- Track bills and lease-end protocols
- Communicate with operators for any operation disruptions
- Conduct and monitor pre/post inspections for equipment
Compliance/Safety Management
- Train and cross-train all workers
- Ensure safety and all other policies are implemented and followed consistently
- Conduct accident investigations per company guidelines, and use judgment and discretion to make findings and document them
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of warehouse experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or above with 3 years of warehouse experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- OSHA 10-hr Certificate
- Proficient with computers including Microsoft EXCEL, MS-Word, and Power Point
- Knowledge of vendor management and negotiation
- Bilingual – Korean & English or English & Spanish a plus
- Good management of complaints
- Good communication skills
- 3 years of warehousing experience
- Project management for operations management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and transportation is helpful

Pay
Annual Salary: $70,000 ~ 90,000
Schedule
Mon - Fri: 5:00 am - 3:00 pm (lunch 11:30 am - 12:30 pm) (45 hours per week)
Sat: 5:00 am - 12:00 pm
