Responsibilities
- Perform general reception tasks such as directing incoming calls, taking messages, and answering questions.
- Schedule incoming trailer appointments for all departments.
- Manage inventory for the in-house market.
- Prepare outgoing and special reports while obtaining necessary data and information from various sources.
- Identify problems and conduct research to assemble information for review.
- Log and attain signatures for basic billing documents.
- Coordinate employee luncheons, including setup and teardown for business meetings.
- Assist in the development of presentation materials.
- Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects as assigned by different departments.
- Perform scanning and other general administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficient in office skills with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Considerable experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments to complete tasks timely and accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Significant customer service experience, utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong aptitude with numbers and attention to detail.
- Detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel.
- Thorough knowledge of technical and business vocabulary.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work with multiple team members on various assignments.
