Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Behind every unforgettable event, broadcast, and experience is a warehouse that's organized, efficient, and ready for anything. We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who loves creating order out of chaos and takes pride in keeping valuable production equipment organized, maintained, and ready to go.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of production, broadcast, and event equipment.
• Receive, organize, label, and track incoming and outgoing gear.
• Prepare equipment for upcoming productions, events, and client activations.
• Cook up shipping, receiving, freight, and courier logistics.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is clean, functional, and event-ready.
• Identify damaged or missing equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and asset tracking software.
• Aid with equipment loading and unloading for productions.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Partner closely with producers, operations, technical teams, and freelancers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Continuously improve warehouse organization, storage solutions, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or production support.
• Experience working with technical equipment, AV gear, broadcast equipment, lighting, staging, or production assets is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable lifting and moving equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and working in an active warehouse environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with inventory management or asset tracking software is a plus.
