Warehouse Office Clerk

Seneca Foods Corporation Seneca Foods in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Warehouse Office Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for data entry to coordinate and complete shipments, print tags for inbound supplies, entry and completion of receivers, closing out inbound loads after receipt, and assist with reconciliation of inventory discrepancies of physical inventories. Responsibilities: Responsible for checking all orders in GEM and preparing documents prior to shippingReceive in productsSchedule appointments and verify order readinessMonthly reports and reconciliations of empty cans, brite stock inventory and salvage inventoriesEnsure accuracy in inventory of all products and materials on siteAnswer and direct phone calls with the ability to provide directionAssist Warehouse Manager as neededProcess UPS shipments and receipts; and distribute/notify of receipt as appropriateProvide direction and assistance to the Shipping / Receiving Forklift Operators as neededEnsure that GMP’s (General manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforcedOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Must have good attention to detail, accuracy and organizationMust be able to multi-task in an environment with many interruptionsWillingness and ability to work and function in a team environmentAbility to work the scheduled hours as necessary, including overtime hoursAbility to effectively communicate both written and verballyAbility to work with all levels of the organizationExperience with SAP is preferred
