About the Role

We're building meaningful careers and vibrant communities at America's largest Coca-Cola bottler. As a Warehouse Material Handler II, you’ll train new teammates, ensure adherence to build strategies, product quality, and safety protocols, and perform general warehouse material handling duties.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and stack cases of product onto pallets as instructed by pick tickets, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient builds.
  • Train new teammates through instructor-led, computer-based, and on-the-job training; provide feedback and recommend additional training if needed.
  • Transport pallets of stacked product to different warehouse areas using a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) – Pallet Jack – safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks as assigned.
  • Complete daily PIT checklists and report any issues to management.
  • Correct mistakes in product or quantity as identified by the Checker.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Coordinate and organize efficient warehouse processes.
  • Adapt to different work areas and meet their minimum expectations throughout the workday.
  • Read and interpret instructions from a computer screen.
  • Attention to detail and ability to differentiate packages.
  • Work in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and seeks value-add opportunities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business demands.

Qualifications

  • Up to 12 months of work experience.
  • PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Pay

$18.00 - $19.00 hourly, depending on experience.

Schedule
