Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, including inventory control, distribution, and team management, to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals. They implement industry best practices, develop KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to integrate warehousing with broader business processes. Additionally, they ensure compliance with company policies, resolve customer service issues, and contribute to profitability through effective budget management.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead a warehouse team of +15 employees
- Responsible for managing +$250M in inventory
- Safety leadership—help develop safety culture and keep the team safe
- Lead by example, be present and responsive to team and stakeholders
- Innovative with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving
- Develop and sustain warehouse processes and controls
- Develop and drive warehouse KPIs. Understand data and trends and drive data-driven decisions
- Put the right controls in place to manage inventory and prevent losses
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and support goals and drive continuous improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Train, educate and develop team members to mature process adherence and execution
- All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Administration)
- 7 years of managing warehouse(s) and leading teams
- 7 years using ERP systems—D365 is a plus
- Experience in analyzing, building and scaling warehousing systems, capabilities and implementation
- Technical competence including understanding software, hardware, networks, etc.
- Must be able to Read, Write, and Understand English fluently
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment

- Proficient in the use of various MS Office Suite programs
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to perform research, compile and analyze data, and write clear, concise, and accurate reports on complex subjects
