Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Verifying vendor pricing accuracy and negotiating for better rates
• Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse in compliance with company policies
• Managing receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Inspecting and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and upkeep
• Reducing warehouse and vehicle inventory through efficient management
• Staging materials for daily installations and overseeing tool approvals
• Ordering stock and coordinating with vendors and department managers
• Collaborating with the Service Manager to maintain service truck stock
• Supporting other departments as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• A high school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Extensive HVAC experience, EPA certification, and HVAC license
• Proven warehouse management experience and knowledge of best practices
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug tests
• Strong customer service skills and attention to safety
• Team-oriented with good personal hygiene and professionalism

Pay

This is a full-time role with standard weekday hours, offering a competitive salary range.
