Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations for educational facilities, ensuring accurate inventory, safe compliance, and efficient product flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains inventory levels, product deliveries, and distribution turnover.
- Supervise receiving, storage, and distribution operations.
- Lead, train, and assign work to warehouse staff; monitor performance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and reporting.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, security, and compliance with SSC and OSHA standards.
- Operate and oversee material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree required; or equivalent and relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience including supervision.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems; proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment; certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license.
