Warehouse Lead Auditor

St Charles, MO – $25.00/hr, paid weekly

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 4:30 am–finish
• Overtime as needed

About the role

This is the next step in an associate’s path to management. You will learn all aspects of receiving, unloading, and loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform stretching exercises before each shift
• Conduct safety observations
• Support management and assist with coaching and training
• Maintain open communication with leadership
• Perform all yard-marshalling duties
• Oversee a specified area to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on positive, friendly interactions

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast-paced and very physical
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
