Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting or exceeding warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Review daily achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and debrief meetings.
- Actively participate in operational reviews or special meetings within the region.
- Drive inventory accuracy results.
- Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and management.
- Understand and apply internal and external regulations, procedures, and policies fairly and consistently.
- Maintain contingency plans for time-sensitive operations (e.g., unscheduled absentees, equipment issues, system malfunctions, inventory exceptions).
- Ensure compliance with prescribed GMPs and internal Primo Brands standards.
- Move products across the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload route trucks manually or with a forklift.
- Guarantee adequate inventory management, good housekeeping, and warehouse standards.
- Assist warehouse associates and forklift operators.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of prior experience within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory processes.
- Prior experience in consumer products, food, or beverage (desired).
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business management software; SAP experience preferred.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Solid communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change.
- Demonstrated success in achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
- Willingness and ability to work nights and respond on call to critical issues.
- Strong English language skills for effective communication with customers and team members.

Pay
$27.63 per hour.
Schedule
- Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM.
- Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Training on 2nd shift (Monday–Friday) prior to moving to the scheduled shift.
