Warehouse Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team at Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen. In this role, you will assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations and long-term projects, delegate tasks, cross-train warehouse staff, prioritize projects and cleanliness, and keep teammates engaged.

Responsibilities

• Check in daily sales and compare the system and the contract for accuracy; correct any discrepancies.
• Ensure data accuracy in warehouse systems.
• Work with the Window Team to locate and pull inventory.
• Ensure the Warehouse team is productive and plan projects during downtime, assigning duties.
• Maintain all safety standards.
• Send a post-shift email to the Warehouse Manager and ensure a smooth transition to the next shift.
• Keep the work area organized and clean.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to build relationships in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet objectives.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Current OSHA Forklift Certificate preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand often while carrying weight.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
