Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversight of accuracy in loading and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation.
• Following warehouse instructions in building loads while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensuring product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse in accordance with expiration dates.
• Properly cleaning and repackaging product as per Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) standards.
• Disposing of damaged and/or out-of-code product upon approval by the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Warehouse by disposing of trash daily, sweeping floors daily, and using floor scrubbers periodically.
• Building loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack.
• Assisting in training and mentoring warehouse team members.
• Supporting and executing inventory control measures, assisting with restocking counts, reconciliation, and recordkeeping.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams to address operational needs, issues, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and train teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with automation tools and electronic devices (e.g., phones, computers).
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment.
• Able to act with integrity and professionalism.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Must have a valid DOT and a clean driver’s license.
• Clear background and drug test required.

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Repetitively lifting 25 pounds including overhead.
• Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis.
• Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Working in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
