Warehouse Lead - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Shipping Lead is responsible for real time analysis, coordination and balance of Shipping Operations including allocation of picking/loading tasks. Other responsibilities will include: Recording and reporting of outbound deliveries. Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner. Ensures all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Provides administrative support for the Shipping Managers. Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems. Supports Picking and Loading operation as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Able to move throughout all areas of the distribution center.
• Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90% Sitting: 5% Desk or phone work: 5%

Pay

Starting hourly pay at $22.00 - $25.00/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule

Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed), 9:30PM start time
