Responsibilities
- Maintains workflow and adjusts to changes by directing and guiding others in assigned department
- Keeps supervisor up-to-date on progress and any challenges
- Completes daily workloads independently
- Assists in training or retraining of new or current employees
- Conducts self in a manner that portrays safety, productivity, and professionalism
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior distribution/warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to adjust to change and interruptions
- Requires 5 years of directly related experience or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of warehouse management software and equipment
- Must be able to maintain neat and accurate records
- Must be skilled in basic arithmetic and read/write in the English language
- Must be able to operate lift trucks and become certified through the Sally Beauty Lift Truck Training Program
- Must be able to work with a diverse range of personalities
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to adjust to change and interruptions
- Must be able to work with limited supervision
- Must operate all lift equipment in a safe manner

Skills
- Knowledge of all processes and policies relating to all duties performed in assigned department(s)
- Working knowledge of warehouse management software and equipment
- Ability to operate lift trucks and become certified through the Sally Beauty Lift Truck Training Program
- Basic arithmetic and ability to read/write in the English language
- Physical exertion and ability to perform basic lifting and system tasks for all warehouse functions and departments
