Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function
- Responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management
- Leadership of direct reports
- Achievement of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and Safety Management
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
- Advanced Logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
- Intermediate Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Advanced Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production
Qualifications
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
- Advanced Logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
- Intermediate Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Advanced Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Pay
Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Annual Salary Pay: $75K
Schedule
Schedule: Mon – Fri 10:30am to 8:30pm
Summary
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
