Warehouse Manager

Essential Functions

• Schedules daily shipments and inbound shipments.
• Plans the scheduled day for warehouse activities.
• Maintains warehouse organization.
• Maintains a safe working environment in the warehouse.
• Maintains warehouse housekeeping.
• Reports any potential issues with on-time delivery.
• Performs physical inventories as needed.
• Orders all supplies not related to maintenance as needed.
• Keeps control of raw material inventory levels.
• Records resin adjustments weekly.
• Oversees and maintains office functions like accounts payable and scheduling.
• Keeps office running smoothly.
• Reports accounting issues as needed.

Supervisory Requirements

This position does have supervisory requirements. All warehouse personnel report to this position.

Education/Experience Requirements

A minimum of 4 years warehouse management experience or 4 years supervisory and 2 years management experience is required. A college degree is strongly recommended as well as experience in business management, purchasing, and warehouse management.
