Warehouse Keeper

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Delivering and receiving goods and storing them within the warehouses.
• Taking the necessary measures to protect the warehouse from exposure to fire, viruses, sabotage, or any illegal activity.
• Placing and arranging goods in specialized places to facilitate the processes of receiving and delivering goods.
• Carrying out periodic and continuous inventory work.
• Repairing damaged materials and replacing them with their own place.
• Preparing records for materials entering and exiting the warehouses.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse and the goods inside it.
• Preparing comprehensive, practical, and inventory weekly reports of materials located inside the warehouses.
• Communicating with the Purchasing Department and reporting if the meter and specifications do not comply with the notice of receipt of the order.
• Informing the Purchasing Department of the process of receiving the goods, along with any remarks in the event that the purchase order or receipt document differs in terms of quantity or specifications.
• Adequately adopting the FIFO system in arranging warehouses and disbursement.
• Maintaining the temperatures of refrigerators and freezers in the warehouse.
• Performing any other duties related to his work as assigned by his direct supervisor.

Job Specifications

• Diploma in warehouse management.
• 0-2 years experience.
• Ability to manage inventory.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
